We will send as many messages as necessary to reply to any questions and/or messages you may send to us, or we may send you up to 5 messages in any 7-day interval to initiate an offer, a conversation, or to offer program-related information.

·         Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

·         Liability for Message Deliverability: Neither Beltoni Digital, nor the carriers shall be held liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
